    seven counties throughout New Jersey, including Burlington,
    Camden and Mercer counties.
  • Rutgers Alternate Route helps career changers, recent college graduates and substitute
    teachers launch careers in education as provisionally licensed teachers. The program
    allows candidates to work as full-time teachers while completing certification requirements.​
