8 Benefits of NJ Alternate Route Program According to Graduating Teachers

Career changers, substitute teachers and recent graduates across NJ are enrolling in alternate route programs to become certified teachers. We surveyed alumni of Rutgers Center for Effective School Practices Alternate Route program on their learning experience and career progress since completion. Their feedback contained a wealth of information that we will use to continue improving our program.
