Ms. Ngoma has served as the Director of the Rutgers University Alternate Route Teacher Training Program for the State of New Jersey for ten years. She is responsible for the overall program coordination and supervision of seven regional training centers throughout the state. In the past ten years, the Alternate Route program has served approximately 2,000 candidates.
