New teachers are a joy to teach because of their enthusiasm, excitement, and willingness to work on adding new tools to their teaching tool box. They can , however, also feel overwhelmed and uncertain as they begin this journey and that's where I fit in. With experience in urban, suburban and rural school districts I love to help each candidate find a voice and a path to becoming the best teacher they can be. Helping them see that adding literacy skills to their repertoire empowers them and their students to master the curriculum in any discipline.
