Mr. Bollar is an Instructor on Special Assignment with Rutgers Alternate Route at the Rutgers-Graduate School of Education.

A published author, Mr. Bollar has previously served both as acting superintendent and assistant superintendent for curriculum & instruction in the Hamilton Township (NJ) school district. Currently an education consultant, Mr. Bollar facilitates three phases of the instructional program at Rutgers Alternate Route focusing on learning environment, professional learning, ethical practice, content knowledge, learning differences, planning for instruction, instructional strategies, assessment, and leadership and collaboration.

Mr. Bollar holds an M.A. from the College of New Jersey. His B.S. in Art Education is from Kutztown University.
