It is a competitive game for students while also challenging them to get the material right. The only con to it is that I wish it had more topics or areas of math involved. Frax- Math
Our school district noticed that many students struggle with fractions (adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing) on standardized tests. I teach 5th-grade math and was awarded a grant so my students could work on mastering fractions. This site allows students who struggle with this skill to hone their skills through a series of missions (games) that they must complete. I liked the overall comprehensive of the site. Algebra-1 is broken into 7 main Units. Each unit is then broken into multiple lessons. Each lesson has content explained via examples. Most of them have relevant videos. Then students have practice problems to work on. I have found those examples and problems to be of high quality. I like the summary provided at the end of each lesson. I plan to incorporate similar examples into my lessons. (Subhadeep G, 9-12)

IXL
IXL is an excellent resource if you are looking for online support for topics you've covered. I've also used it to review basic skills and material from earlier in the year. Students enjoy the break from written work. It links directly to Google Classroom so you can post assignments. You can also create assessments within IXL that students can use - these are self-grading. Students can monitor their progress within IXL. This site provides multiple opportunities for students to work on standards based on their grades, videos so my students can take notes at their own pace and immediate feedback so they can hold themselves accountable. WolframAlpha
WolframAlpha, like the newer Desmos, is an advanced online calculator that can graph and do advanced computation. To show students the visual results of their work, I often pull up WolframAlpha. (Ronny G, 9-12)
