American Psychological Association (APA) Website

This site provides resources for educators, including lesson plans, teaching strategies, and information on the latest developments in psychology. (Ericka O, 9-12)

Careers in Psychology

In studying the different types of psychologists, I used this website for my students to look through and research three types of relevant careers that they found interesting.  This website helped them learn what the job entailed and what type of education would be needed to get there. CrashCourse

Crash Course offers engaging, accessible, and efficient videos to help students cram for a topic or study for an exam. (Antonio P, 9-12)

EdPuzzle

EdPuzzle allows me to take videos from YouTube and add multiple choice and/or open-ended questions for students to answer as they watch. (Georgette S, 9-12)

Psychology Today

This site provides all current or recent articles related to psychology. This allows the opportunity to create real world connections in class. (Ericka O, 9-12)  

Ted-Ed

TED-Ed provides a platform for educators to access a vast library of engaging and expertly animated lessons, enhancing the learning experience for students through dynamic content. Its interactive features and thought-provoking discussions foster critical thinking and deepen understanding beyond traditional classroom settings. Additionally, it provides MCQs as well as open-ended prompts to help stamp content. (Antonio P, 9-12)
